not Officially registered until your postmarked payment and necessary
forms are received on or before the posted Entry Deadline of
November 07 2007

3. A competitor may not sign-up for both 'OPEN' and 'B-Novice/College' categories at the same time.
4. Print out and fill both the Waiver form and the
Registration form.
