Events:

Junior Tournament: Under 13 & Under 19 - Boy's Singles/Doubles, Girl's Singles/Doubles, Mixed Doubles

Junior players need to register online or by mail with same deadlines (online registration by Oct 26, 2009 and mail in entries postmarked by Oct 23rd, 2009).
Fees:
$15 (1 event), +$10 (2 events), +$5 (3 events).
Drawing for junior tournament will be separated and will not be posted online.

Adult Tournament: B, Open & Senior - Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, & Mixed Doubles

Eligibility:

For BS, GS, BD, GD, XD (played in U13 and U17), eligibility is determined by age as of Dec 31, 2009.

Senior events are open to players who are 35 years of age (women) or 40 years old (men) as of Dec 31, 2009.

Fees:

$35 (1st event), +$10 (2nd event), +$5 (3rd event).

Awards:

Total of $2,500 prize money.

Regulations:

The draws for the tournament will be made by the Houston Tournament Committee.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to make the final decision on the draws.

All matches will be the best of three games of 21 scoring system; however, all consolation events will only play 1 game of 21 points (except if you're in COnsolation Final Match).

• No Profanity. Tournament committee will have discretion on barring violators.

• Players have 10 minutes from the time of First Call of game. Players who warm up longer than 10 minute from First Call will be penalized, including but not limited to a shorter game of 15 points or forfeiture of game.

• All Open and B events will be played (i.e. they will not be cancelled irrespective of # of participants)

• Any player can play in B but cannot play in Open of the same category (for Example: cannot play B Singles and Open Singles. Can play B Singles and Open Doubles).

• No Consolation events are played if less than 8 players in category.

• If you inform us that you would "need partner," we will find a partner for you and if we could not find you a partner, you will be informed that your

Upon registering online through tournament software, please enter MemberID (make up one) and for Club, please enter your t-shirt size (Small, Medium, Large or Xlarge).

After registering successfully, you should be receiving a confirmation email.

If you indicate "need partner," we would try our best to find a partner. If we are unable to find a double partner for you in that event, you would receive

an notification email that your entry for that event would be cancelled, and you have 48 hours acknowledging the notification.

               5:00 P.M. Matches Start.

               Singles games for B and Open events are played on Friday, Nov 6th, 2009 (up to

               Semifinals).

                9:00 P.M End of play

Sat, Nov 7:

                       7:30 A.M Registration

             8:00 A.M matches start (please see your scheduled matches online)

             9:30 P.M End of Play

Sun, Nov 8:

                       9:00 A.M matches start (please see your scheduled matches online)

             5:00 P.M End of Play (plan your flights accordingly!!!)

Please come 1 hour before your scheduled matches.

10 minutes default rule will be strictly enforced; warm-up limited to 3 minutes.

Lunch will be provided on Saturday and Sunday. Matches will NOT be stopped during lunch time. Gatorade & bananas will be provided on tournament days.
