| FONDE CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS |

| |
- In order to play, a person must have a tag.
- Cannot play in a court, while your tag is pending on another court.
- The charge of $5:00 is levied for the tag and is for the material and administrative costs.
- Warm-up is limited to 5 minutes (may be extended only if there are no players waiting for the court).
- On crowded nights*, doubles matches only and matches are limited to 2 Sets.
- If a member is not following the club rules, the Fonde staff will decide on the course of action.

General Courts: |
| |
Access to the courts, is given based on the rule, First come first serve, and gets the highest priority. |

Example: |

2 people come in.
There is a 4 people group who want to play together.
There are two other people after that.
Then the secondary pair can join the first pair to play, first. |

| |
Challenge court |
| |
Two people minimum.
Loose the game you have to come out of the queue and need to re-queue.
If you keep winning, you play 3 game maximum and have to come out of the queue. |

Kid’s court |
| |
Only for kids, parents can play with a kid.
Maximum of 20 minutes if there are other ones waiting.
Under 18 is considered a kid.
If kids are not there, adults can play on the court; if kids are present, adults have to vacate the Kid’s court. |

General Rules: |
| |
Proper attire, NO marking shoes.
No one has exclusive ownership of any court.
Everyone must help in putting away the court equipment at closing time.
For the safety of our children, please supervise them at all times.
For your own safety, please DO NOT walk onto court boundaries when matches are in play.
No profanity.
